Double Bedroom Shared with another Tenant in Shared Suite 10' X 20'

$2,500 - $3,600 per semester

Single Bedroom

$2,800 per Semester

Single Bedroom in shared suite 10' X 10'

Full Bathroom

2 Bathroom Sinks

Each suite consists of:

*Living Room, *3 - Three Bedrooms, *1 - Full Bath, *4 - Beds, *4 - Dressers, *4 - Closets, *1 - Couch, *2 - Lounge Chairs, *1 - Coffee Table. *4 people per suite. *Availability of rooms are not guaranteed. *Room assignments will be determined when all applications have been submitted.

Rate per semester plus $250 security deposit. Payment must be received in full prior to moving in for each semester
